Within its product catalog, CACHITO A CACHITO REPOSTERIA GOURMET offers some products that are shipped exclusively to Madrid and others that can be shipped worldwide, subject to customs clearance. Please inquire about these products. <\/span><\/p>\n

In all forms of payment, CACHITO A CACHITO REPOSTERIA GOURMET will contact the customer to confirm the order, as well as for home delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.-Precios<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

All prices shown on our website are in euros. In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made through our website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). According to Spanish regulations, an invoice will be issued for orders over \u20ac3,000 (VAT included). For orders under this amount, simplified invoices will be issued. For invoices made out to a specific customer, please contact our administration department by email at info@cachitoacachito.es <\/span><\/p>\n

Shipping costs will appear in the order summary before you make your payment. CACHITO A CACHITO REPOSTERIA GOURMET reserves the right to modify the prices shown on its website without prior notice. <\/span><\/p>\n

The price of the products will be as stated on our website at any given time, except in cases of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and you will be fully refunded for any amounts paid. We will not be obligated to supply the product(s) at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you a Shipping Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unambiguous and could reasonably have been recognized by you as an incorrect price. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. <\/span><\/p>\n

3. Product availability.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Products on our website are available unless marked as “out of stock.” Given their handcrafted and exclusive nature, many products have limited production runs. If, upon placing your order, the information on the website could not be updated or an item was out of stock, we will contact you immediately to refund the corresponding amount or offer a product with similar features and price. <\/span><\/p>\n

4.- Transport<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Under normal circumstances, the transit time for orders received is 24 to 48 hours for destinations within the Community of Madrid, starting from the time the order is placed. For orders outside the Community of Madrid, the delivery time is 72 hours from when the order leaves the workshop. <\/span><\/p>\n

Deliveries to private residences in the Community of Madrid<\/em> are made on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays each week. (There may be some locations within the Community of Madrid where deliveries are not made on Saturdays.) <\/span><\/p>\n

The delivery window is from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
\nPlease note<\/strong>: If the delivery company attempts delivery during the specified hours but is unable to do so due to the customer’s absence, the customer will not be entitled to any refund.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Deliveries to private residences outside the Community of Madrid<\/em><\/span> will be made from Wednesday to Friday via Seur Fr\u00edo. The delivery time is 3 business days from the date the cake leaves the bakery.
\nThe delivery window is from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The customer must be available to receive the order at the delivery address; otherwise, we cannot guarantee that our cakes will arrive in perfect condition.
\nPlease note<\/strong>: If the delivery attempt by the shipping company during the scheduled delivery window is unsuccessful due to the customer’s absence, the customer will not be entitled to any refund.<\/p>\n

If the customer is not available at the time of home delivery, it will be the customer’s responsibility to indicate if it is possible to deliver it to a neighbor or the building’s doorman. <\/span><\/p>\n

The company reserves the right to decide whether to make a second delivery attempt at its discretion. If delivery is not possible, due to the perishable nature of the product, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
If the shipping address is provided incorrectly, the company is not responsible for the return of the product and\/or the corresponding payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the shipping information.
