Home Delivery Conditions in Madrid – Internal Delivery Service

We make your cake for you, so it’s essential that you order it at least 24 hours in advance, although we recommend doing so 48 hours in advance.
- Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM if they are for delivery the next day. (Same-day delivery orders are not accepted)
- Deliveries in the Community of Madrid are made on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays*, after the purchase, for other days please inquire. When placing your order, please tell us the day you would like us to deliver it.
- The delivery window is from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Please note: If the delivery company attempts delivery during the specified hours but is unable to do so due to the customer’s absence, the customer will not be entitled to any refund.
For us it is very important that everything works perfectly and that you receive a freshly made product at your doorstep.

*Due to logistical reasons, Saturday delivery will not be possible for certain specific locations.
Shipping conditions for home deliveries in the Peninsula – Delivery service with Seur Frío
- Deliveries outside of Madrid are made on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. When placing your order, select the delivery day on the calendar.
- The delivery window for orders is from 10:00 to 16:00.
- The customer must be available to receive the order at the delivery address; otherwise, we cannot guarantee that our cakes will arrive in perfect condition.
Please note: If the delivery company attempts delivery during the scheduled time but is unable to do so due to the customer’s absence, the customer will not be entitled to any refund. - We ship to the entire Peninsula.
- We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- (If the shipping address is provided incorrectly, the company is not responsible for the return of the product and/or payment for it; it is the customer’s responsibility to check the shipping information.)
- For shipments outside the Community of Madrid, the product goes through a negative cold process and is sent by Seur Frío. (It is recommended to follow consumption instructions to enjoy the product.)
- The delivery time is 3 business days from when the cake leaves the bakery.
Our main goal is to deliver your cake home in perfect condition. Since we delegate this task and an accident could happen with the cake, if you place the order with Seur Frío delivery, please send us a photo of the package and its label upon receipt. This way we can verify and report if any incident occurs.
