Each flavor starts with the same artisanal recipe: a crisp biscuit base, the finest Galician fresh cheese, and a creamy interior with a golden exterior. From there, you simply choose, from the classic traditional to pistachio, dulce de leche, or Lotus Biscoff.

Do you deliver cheesecake?

We don’t work with individuals, but if you are a business we will deliver it directly to your establishment or premises.

Do you have gluten-free cheesecake?

Yes, we have gluten-free options with the same flavor as our original cheesecake.

What flavors of cheesecake can I buy?

You can choose between pistachio cheesecake, blue cheese, dark chocolate, Oreo, white chocolate, dulce de leche, Nutella, Lotus Biscoff, Pink Panther and traditional.

How does the cheesecake arrive in good condition?

We deliver in a refrigerated van or SEUR Frío to maintain the cold chain, so that the cake arrives at your home in perfect condition.

We are a bakery located in the Community of Madrid, specializing in baked cheesecakes. We make them by hand every day, selecting the finest ingredients.
