About Our Cheesecakes

Are the cheeses pasteurized?

Yes, we use high-quality, pasteurized ingredients for our cakes, and they are suitable for pregnant women.

The cheese we use is a creamy Galician cow’s milk cheese.

Are there gluten-free cheesecakes?

Please note, we are NOT a 100% gluten-free bakery.

All our cakes have the option of being gluten-free except for the Oreo cookie cake and the Lotus cookie cake.

We take cross-contamination very seriously and therefore follow the recommendations to mitigate it: through daily cleaning, use of dedicated utensils, ovens, and storage. In every production run, we prioritize gluten-free orders.

Do you have a list of allergens?

We take cross-contamination and allergens very seriously. You can see a detailed technical data sheet for each of our cakes by clicking here or in our footer.

Also, if you wish, you can request our health registration number, and we will be happy to provide it.

What kind of cheesecake does Cachito a Cachito make?

We make a lightly toasted cheesecake, seeking a balance between creaminess and firmness of the mixture, with a traditional oven-baked recipe, using a crispy homemade biscuit, and in the gluten-free option there is no biscuit base.

Are the cakes lactose-free?

No, we do not currently bake lactose-free cheesecakes, we apologize for the inconvenience.
