Our Story

Cachito a Cachito was officially born in 2022, although its essence began much earlier with an idea shared among three gastronomy enthusiasts. Among them stands out Eduardo Belaustegui, the creative soul of the project: a perfectionist, tireless, and obsessed with creating the perfect gourmet cheesecake.

The three of us shared the same vision: to create the ideal gourmet baked cheesecake.
The one you look for when you travel, the one you remember days later, the one that makes you close your eyes because every bite is pure creaminess and flavor.

For us, an authentic gourmet cheesecake must be built on three pillars:

  • A crunchy cookie base, balanced and with a subtle flavor.
  • A blend of high-quality cheeses, with personality and lightness.
  • A creamy and elegant texture, especially in the center, where the magic happens.

We are travelers and gastronomic explorers. Wherever there is a cheesecake, we go try it. We learn from every experience, and that passion is what led us to want to share our own version: to hand out little “pieces of happiness” with lovingly made gourmet cheesecakes.

We convinced Edu to develop the definitive recipe. Hours went by adjusting oven times, textures, and proportions. We gave our creations to friends and family to taste without saying a word… and their reactions confirmed it: what we had on our hands was special.

That was the turning point.

In late 2021, we decided to take the leap: to set up a workshop specialized exclusively in gourmet cheesecakes and launch the business in January 2022.

Our goal was clear: to bring our cakes to restaurants, gourmet shops, and homes looking for true quality.

We work with exceptional ingredients, such as our high-quality Galician cheese made to order, one of the secrets that gives our recipes their identity.

Today we continue to grow steadily. We commit to artisanal quality, attention to detail, and excellence over haste.

Our dream is simple, yet enormous:

“Our goal is to spread happiness through our cheesecakes, let's flood the world with little pieces”
