Our Oreo cheesecake is the baked and artisanal version of the classic Oreo cookie cheesecake. We make it every morning in our Madrid bakery on a homemade cookie crust and with fresh Galician cheese, baking it until it achieves that creamy interior and slightly golden exterior that characterizes all our baked cheesecakes.
The difference lies in how we integrate the Oreo cookie: instead of leaving it only in the crust, we add crushed Oreos right into the cheese batter itself. This way, the cookie flavor is distributed throughout the entire cake, and we tone down its sweetness to hit the perfect balance. It is an Oreo cookie cheesecake designed to please both the little ones and the not-so-little ones at home.
